Description:  Interns and collaborators who work with us on the LLVM compiler and OpenMP implementation need to have access to the variety of hardware we want to target. At first, that will be NVIDIA and AMD GPUs, but also the Intel GPUs as the LLVM development progresses.

Testbed: Intel GPUs, e.g. access to the Florentia testbed would be perfect.
