Description: Develop the pipeline that compresses checkpoints from a simulation and evaluates online the quality of the compression.
The pipeline uses components developed under CODAR project: Cheetah/Savanna, ADIOS2, SZ, ZFP, MGARD, ZChecker, FTK. The pipeline should run on Theta, Summit, prototypes for Aurora and Frontier.

Testbed: IBM Power9 AC922 + 4x Nvidia V100 GPUs
